Our fully automatic Leifeld PNC metal spinning lathes manufacture high volume parts & components faster than can be achieved with traditional manual spinning.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping allows us to create a model of a physical part using CAD software. This is then constructed into a physical part using 3D printing technology.

Our 100 Ton Power press can sometimes be offered as an alternative to spinning metal depending on your unique manufacturing requirements.

Detailed Sheet Metalwork

In addition to spinning we can offer a range of sheet metal fabrication services including punching, plating, machining, turning forming & folding.

Water Jet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is often used in manufacturing to produce complex shapes to extremely tight tolerances when laser cutting would be inadequate.
