WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF SPINNING MILD STEEL?
Mild steel is very strong due to its low carbon contents. This means that mild steel has a high resistance to breakage. When compared with higher carbon steel, mild steel is more malleable, even when cold. This gives it a high high tensile and impact strength. Higher carbon steels such as stainless steel will often shatter or crack under stress, while mild steel merely bends or deforms.
